I MISTAKENLY SUBMITTED ONLINE DS261 AGAIN AFTER 2 MONTHS, WOULD IT DELAY MY CASE?

2 months since aos fees paid but still no invoice for iv, so i thought there was a problem with my ds260 and filled it again. now i m worried that the review time of my form wil start again and will take longer, can sumone guide?

Dont fill Ds 261 form again because every time you do that the review time get restarted for that form. I have done the same mistake. and regarding not recieving the invoice for bill Iv better start calling NVC and tell them you havent received any Bill IV invoice they wil probably email it to you.

Dont email them because them because they will reply you in ages just try calling them as soon as their office open but best time to ccall them is from 9:30 to 11:00 if you cant call them at 7:00. Call is the only right option if you wana know the exact status of your case

well, dont repeat the same mistake and as said above best way to contact them is by phone. Don't count on emails they won't reply. Be patient
