unable to pay AOS fee

So I received my Case and IIN numbers today, I was able to fill out the DS-261 but when I tried to log in to pay the AOS fee it said "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately." Anyone else got this message?

Check Cashed- Feb 26, 2015

Yes tons of people get this message, if you read the very helpful NVC wiki it explains that this message means they are inputting your file into the system and to wait a couple days for you AoS fee to be available
