It looks like you and your wife have already sent emails to the correct government officials. Is your wife working with a congressman or senator? Have that person send an email to the embassy.

plz carolymhotstuff help............when they cal for medical so then with that they always cal for ds 260 too???? OR they some time cal for medical only?? and what is the difference between these two?? and what is the difference whn they cal for medical, ds260 pics and finfrprint and oath

I am new member. I have been in AP for 37 days, They updated the case three times since. I am still waiting VISA to be issued. The CO was so cooperative and nice to me. the interview was simple and easy. but at the end he said your case will go through AP and may it take minimum 1.5 to 2 months to complete. whats your experience about this AP and whats all about AP? I am frustrated and confused this process.

AP situation is unpredictable.

My case remained in AP for five years.

But don't u worry I think now a days they are issuing immigrant visas. And secondly ur status dates are getting change its mean they are working on it. Send them mail and ask abt ur case status.

Do u guys know any one whos ds 260 is expired but embasy hav askd only medical but not ds 260,,,,,, like what i am asking is that is there any one with who the embasy contacted after more than a year and ds 260 is expired but embasy only has told to submit medical and not ds 260

2nd question: Is there any one u know who embassy told to submit ds 260 and medical but not caled for oath and fingrprint??????????? and then it expired and embasy hav told to submit again.....?????

 Did you by any chance got your visa. After calling for fingerprints? And after how many days  did u get the visa in hand?
