K1 VISA: Had Medical examination at London Embassy. Doctor spotted little problem?! (merged threads/postings)

The expiration of the petition is nothing to worry about. For London, a new letter of intent from the petitioner is brought to the interview to extend an expired petition. Get your fiancé to do another letter like in the first filing that says he is still free to marry and Intends to marry you within 90 days of your entry on a K1. Sign it. Mail it to you so you have it in case you interview after the expiration date. You can stall that interview a year if you need to.

I had my medical examination done at Knightsbridge on 12th August. They found out that I have systolic heart murmur. I have received a referral letter to go to the hospital on 4th November 2015. My medical lasts 6 months so till January 2016 and the visa expiration date is 25th October.

I don't know what to do at this point!!!!

I rang the hospital and they said they have no available appointments before 4th November.

What will happen with my visa process? and what will happen with the medical? Will the visa be extended and could I do my medical again if it expires?

I know that when the tests are complete it will take extra time to time for them to send it over to Knightsbridge and if they confirm heart murmur , the knightsbridge medical centre has to receive RESULTS, and PROGNOSIS.

I worry that the results will come out bad. What will happen then? Will this effect my visa process? Could they deny me?

please help!

Sounds like you already have your visa.

No I haven't got my visa YET. The K1 Petition is VALID FOR 4 MONTHS FROM THE PRIORITY DATE. My priority date is 25th June 2015. It will expire on 24th October 2015. I want to know what happens if the Medical expires and the priority date expires too? Can I have the medical done again? and will the validity date be extended?

In your first post you said the VISA expires on the 25th of an unstated month. That's why the comment from Belinda. No, it's the petition that expires on October 24. You just mix up your terms sometimes.

I'm positive you have been told that there is NO reason to be concerned by petition expiry. It is renewed when you go to the interview with a new letter of intent from your American fiance. Did you forget? The petition expiration is NOT A CONCERN to you

Next concern--medical exam.

The tuberculosis clearance is only good for six months. That's what actually expires.

Medical exam Aug 12 + 6 months= Feb 12. If you haven't interviewed by that time, you would go back to Knightsbridge and get cleared of TB again. Then when the visa is issued, it would be good for six months from your new clearance date. I think the re-do fee at Knightsbridge is maybe £120. It's not the full £250 because everything doesn't have to be done over...just the x-Ray.

Next concern--denial because of a heart murmur.

No, you won't be denied over that. Go back and read your other thread where people assured you of that already.
