How long is the wait for i601 (Not i601a provisional waiver)?

Just wondering.., how long is the wait for the i601 waiver of inadmisdibility, with a LIN case number? It was filed on April 29 2015. The applicant is currently in Mexico waiting. Thanks.

Have you looked it up on the uscis website? Ours took 4 months with an expedite. It was filed the end of August last year and approved December 17th 2014. I was reading in the forums that the approvals have slowed way down. There is a Facebook group for waivers. They post all the time with approvals. It might give you a good idea where the approvals are currently.

YES, it says January 2014. Bur does it mean that they're working i-601 waivers from January 2014? That's like an 18 month wait! I dont understand.

By the way, the FB group that ur referring to... Is it IM2US? I want absolutely nothing to do with them.

No..search I601 waiver in the search bar on Facebook. There are 2 or 3. Send a request to join. I used to spend hours reading the posts. They can be a tough group. Alot of them have super criminal spouses and are waiting on waivers. I haven't looked up the processing times lately. Make sure you're looking at Nebraska. I'll check now. Give me a second

Ok. Yea January 2014. Not true. Understand there might be One loley case with that date so they use that date so nobody can file a service request. I'd say for you to contact your local senator's office and ask them to make an inquiry. You'll have to sign a release form and scan it back. It has to be signed by the beneficiary ( the one who needs the waiver) the uscis wouldn't give me any info because it was my husbands waiver. Its totally different than the I130.

Yeah, the group you're talking about has the same administrator as the IM2US group. I want nothing to do with them. So yeah, I guess maybe the best thing to do is wait after 4 months (which will be August 29) and see about contacting the senator. If the wait is really from January 2014, that is abusively long!!

I got banned from the one group because I spoke the truth. They live in lala land . I just found another group to follow. And the processing times do say "as of May 31st 2015" so add a couple months to the January date.

Thanks. But the USCIS website says January 2014. Not 2015. Where did you see May 2015? Can u send me the link? Yes, I agree with you about those other forums. Seems like they can't handle the truth when it's spoken. THe 'truth' can only be spoken by attorneys, according to them. If you're a non-attorney and your comments show that you might know a little bit more than some attorneys, they get very angry. There are volumes of things that I could tell you about those hypocrites, but I'll refrain from doing it on an open forum. But thanks again for your help.

According to some in immigrate2us site they seem to be working on cases ranching frm Jan-march applications. That is 2015 of course someone with a frb 20th waiver was answered ams seone said a march 17th 2015. I am may 4th

That aligned with what I posted earlier. The dates you see on their site are "as of" May 31st. So count 2 or 3 months and you get around April. You can see the May 31st date at the very top of the chart . Alot of people miss that
