Morning everyone! I really wanted to sleep in today, but I am off to see to potential venues for the wedding. Two December filers got approved last week, so my time is near. I wish USCIS was more reliable and we could count on things....but no matter what that will never happen. Anyway, in the 30's this morning. I am ready for winter to be over. Bring back the warm weather. Hope every one has a greart day!

Sitting here with some soft jazz, a steamy cup of coffee and all my AOS papers spread around me. This bad boy is on its way to the post office today. Finally. Moh is at work, I have a ton of housework today, slip a nice roast in the oven so he can have something yummy when he gets home, and hopefully a relaxing evening.

There is the sweetest little stray dog hanging around the apartment complex. He's started waiting for me. This is not a good thing. He's adorable and I'm a sap. Moh wants the dog. I said no. But the dog is just sitting there and comes to me every time I walk outside. Dammit. And of course, I am incapable of ignoring it.

Ok AOS papers...

Gosh, I dont know what to tell you about the pics, cause we only filed for AOS. Maybe someone will come along and let you know.

Kyle is playing in a soccer tournament today. Wouldnt you know it has a 70% chance of SEVERE thunderstorms today, with possible 60-70 mph straight line winds, with chance of supercell storms. I WANT TO STAY HOME!!!!! Maybe we can get the games finished before the storms get here.

I need to go get my son and my husband up to get ready. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Annoying question for those of you who filed your AOS papers... If I'm mailing my I-485 and I-765 both to Chicago together, do I need 2 sets of passport style photos? (Meaning do I need to send 4 pics or 2?)

i think nessa and i used 6 - 2 for 485, 2 for the ead, and 2 for ap.

Good morning everyone. I loved sleeping in this morning. Woke at around 9:30am. For the past two weeks my youngest has been waking me up at 7am 'cause she's bored so this is nice. :) Sipping my winterblend starbucks and watching clean sweep hoping it will motivate me by osmosis to clear clutter from my home. HA.

togetherforever - we need to see a pic of the pooch!!! Sounds adorable hon!

I hate how the I129 has to go to Chicago first. This noa1 is taking forever and a day...or so it feels. :(

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

Thanks, Charles. That's what I thought but reading the guidelines here I got confused.

AOS is on its way. My weekends will belong to me again! Yippee! It's really a relief. Now I should clean this place but I'm feeling extremely lazy. Maybe I shall be a bum for about an hour and then tackle it.

after filling out all of the aos package, i kinda missed the easier to do k-1 package :D
