Just a quick question, how long is the waiting time before I can get the NVC letter and the appointment elligibility? I called the U.S Embassy hotline in order for me to secure an appointment. The CSR told me to wait for the elligibility letter from the embassy.

If you have your MNL case number you dont get anything else, you set your own appt. Follow the guide recommended above my comment.
