Is it true that Jordan is sending back Yemenis to Yemen because they don't have appointments in Algeria?

I haven't heard that at all but I'm not sure that's probably something new or maybe it's not true

Okay so with me on April 24 is when they sent me an email saying that since the embassy in yemen is closed they will transfer my case to Egypt .. They were sending that email to everyone I was in yemen and I really didn't take it serious to transfer else where I thought Egypt was fine or that I will soon leave to America and when I get there I will transfer to algeria or Malaysia. If I would have transferd those days when I got that email we would have probably been done with this.. So on June 7 I got an email with the interview date for Egypt which was for June 23 which was like 2 weeks later .. Little did we know that they were not going to be able to get into Egypt at all that's when I decied to transfer to algeria . It was transferd and ready on July 29 in Algeria and now since then no update at all ... Um yeah I hope I answerd exactly what u wanted to know

I was told that cases that were transfered before May were electronic files and cases that were transfered after were physical and electronic.

You said you contacted nvc and you were told you didn't have a physical... That's wierd because when I spoke to nvc they told me I had a physical and my interview was around the same time as yours.

There are a lot of people that have ytc cases that had appointments and are done , so this is confusing

No when I contacted the nvc they told me my electronic file is at algeris and I do have physical file its just not yet there

I was told that cases that were transfered before May were electronic files and cases that were transfered after were physical and electronic.

The interview letter that I got in the email on June 7 was actully written on May 27 .... I'm not sure exactly when it was sent to Cairo was it in April when they told me about my case being transferd to Egypt b4 May was it right b4 the date that they wrote it. There just going from right to left nothing is being done in order or even a way we can understand it's all just confusing

O you scared me because all cases that are ytc have physical files and I know when your case was sent to Cairo because mine was sent at the same time. They were all sent on May 28 to Cairo but they didn't send appointment letters until June 7. The problem is Cairo is taking a very long time to send the physical or there not planning to send it until a request is made. When I spoke to nvc they told me to make a request threw the embassy because they can't do anything.

What do u mean by make a request through the embassy .. Are you going to email them and tell the what exactly .. Tell me please because I want to do the same thing. And do u kno if I should call the nvc and have them tell me that so I can actully state in the email that I have spoke with the nvc and they told me to request that you request the files. If that makes sense. Or should I just go ahead and write to them

You are wrong. There may be a miscommunication between the embassies and the NVC.
