New I864 form Vs Old

I will be filling I864 form in next couple of weeks. I see that old I864 form has disappear but as per their instruction you can use old one up to 10/06/2015. When I try to search only new one can be downloaded, So which form can I fill if I want to submit around 1st week of September.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

Thank you so since old one is not downloadable, I cam fill out new one.
