Today after finally calling everyday for numerous amount of times I got in contact with NVC. I got my case # and appareantly it was sent to the Embassy (Havana, Cuba) July 10th. I had no clue, my fiance has not received anything either . I am preparing everything I need for the interview like proof and the affidavit of support.

Should I be worried that I havent heard anything? Can he go ahead and start the medical exams, police records and doing the DS-160 form?

Or do we need to wait for the embassy to contact him.

Thank you for your help!!!!

You should certainly start filling the DS-160, getting police records, birth certificates, passport pictures and what ever else is required for the Cuban Embassy. As for the medical, I would hold off until you hear back from the embassy seeing that the medical does have an expiration. God bless!!
