I'm a US citizen, my fiance is Dominican. I should be about finished and ready to send out the K-1 documents with in the next week. Only thing is my fiance and I talked today and she mentioned she is trying to move with in the next 2 months to a better house. Is it best to wait until she has the new address or send everything as it is now? Your advice is appreciated.

Timeline

My fiance lives and works in a near by village to her mother and her home. We used her mother's home as her home address, that way there would not be any problem with her getting any mail from the consulate.

Why not use an address that you know that will not change?

The other option is, if she does move, is to wait until NVC sends the case to the consulate, and then contact the consulate with the new home address, it is much easier to adjust an address at the consulate than it is at USCIS or NVC.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
