A child born after a petition was filed and approved may be registered or added on to the petition as a derivative. The principal applicant needs to submit the child’s birth certificate printed on NSO paper either to the NVC or to the Embassy and pay the corresponding visa processing fee for each additional derivative.

October 26th, 2015: Social security card( with married name)

November 2nd,2015 AOS filed sent $1070 check

Jan 11th, 2016 AP sent. Jan 24th,2016 app returned( officer made a mistake)

February 4th,2016 info pass, humanitarian reason Advance Parole in the local USCIS office requested and received the same day

@fox1983 i think thats only applicable for us citizen petitioner. my husband is permanent resident.

Her husband is an LPR and not a USC so no, she can't get US citizenship for the baby.
