Why is everyone so quiet in this thread. If you guys have any news on VB please do let us know. I saw that you do not need to send ink-signed AOS form, the link is as follow:

we have to till next week to see how far the VB will move in march.

Hi everyone,

 

My PD is November 17, 2015. In September I got the NVC letter inviting me to the file my documents (DS-260 & AOS from my LPR wife). I did so and then NVC confirmed my scan date is 5 January 2017. But now PDs are moving slowly and I’m concerned I won’t get an interview date in time for December 1, the deadline for applying to most US grad schools. If my case is completed soon and when my PD will become current next month (hopefully August), can I ask NVC to schedule interview?
