I know, I want to go back to Philippines asap to marry him. But right now, he is correcting her Birthcertificate. So by January he can get his correct birthcertificate already, and i told him to get passport asap . thanks

Timeline varies. It used to be 5 years, then 3 years and then lately 1 1/2 years... For us, our priority date is feb 3 2015, case complete on november 2015.. our interview date is this december 2016. hope this helps!

Thank you! Yes, we waited for his interview date for a year. This does not include waiting for the welcome letter. If you can submit his petition earlier, that would be better.

Yes, I will go back to Philippines this coming April and marry him. then, will be petitioning him soon ?? Thank you. I hope everything will process well.. I am thinking of having an attorney process the petition because I am really not good in answering / doing those paperworks ?
