yea..got case complete in october tho. If the VB continue moving like this we should expect or IL around the ending of February

yes it can take sevaral weeks before the status change to the 3 N/A i know in my case i took one month for it to change. but also for some cases it never change to the 3 N/A

When you called them, did they tell you that your case is complete?

it varies....my brothers own did not change until he got his interview letter. For me, it changed about 3 days after I got my case complete email

Then don't worry about the N/A's. Sometimes it changes, sometimes it doesn't. If they confirmed with you on the phone that your case is complete then your case is complete. This is just my opinion though.
