with the movement now, you should have your IL in about 3 month, end of March? my guess. ...

well from what ive been seeing i was assuming it be around the ending of February..because the bulletin seems to be moving about 1 month at a time and March PD (up until the 27th i think) got their IL at the end of November and Im guessing April PD ppl will get theirs at the end of December. but who knows, the bulletin is very unpredictable

If your mom becomes a US citizen ... the change of category to F1 happens automatically!

A different thing is that the US embassy might never find out and you are kept under F2A category, but I would not recommend for you to even risk it!

yea, i turned 20 last month...if the Visa Bulletin keeps moving well,i should expect to get my interview before i turn 21. My mom is going in for her citizenship in January,but I dont think i will switch my case to F1 because the wait is longer

oh wait...i think i would fall in the IR2 category since im under 21 and unmarried. i dont think IR classes have priority dates

if your petitioner (one of your parents i assume) is granted citizenship before you turn 21 then you will be transferred to the IR2 category... but seeing that your pd is march 23, you should be getting ur IL very soon, by the end of the month possibly. Best of luck with that!

it generally comes out between the 8th and the 12th..so if it isnt released tomorrow, then i guess we have to wait until monday
