ok but I dnt understand one thing in our case, at NVC our visa class is CR 1 which is for only US citizens who are marrd within less thsn 2 years and and the petitioner who is my Dad is permanent residence so I dont understand this situation anyway

NVC made a mistake. They wrongly categorized your case which is common in NVC. You can call NVC and tell them that the category is wrong. They might give you an interview date but since your PD is not current, the embassy will not process your case. Hope this helps!

yea, i agree with myao, you or your petitioner should call NVC and have the category clarified

but my dad an mum get marrd fews months before filing the application so I dont know if thats really the fact why they make it CR1. am not sure if they are right about the visa class or instead of f2A

since your dad is not a US citizen then the class should be F2A... F2a is for spouse and kids of a legal permanent resident while CR-1 is for spouse of USC married less then 2 years

no, our best prediction is 22Feb2015. The latest pd we know that got an il is 20Feb2015

Okay. So it happened. Trump is officially the US President. Now, what do we do? I'm a pinch away from a nervous breakdown because we all know about his notorious stance on Immigration. Can someone please talk about what is expected to happen next? After all, we are in the same boat together.

the visa bulleting is moving some how better.

I think my priority date which is 14April2015 will be current around February. what do you think
