Seeing that your PD is March 2015 you should have gotten your welcome letter already because I got mine a long time ago and my PD is way after yours (June042015). Since you have turned 21 it could possibly mean you have aged out your petition and NVC has switched you to the F2B category. They wil not notify you if they switch you, they did the same thing to my brother when he turned 21 and my mother (the petitioner, a LPR) had to request a CSPA review on his behalf. I would urge you or your father to call NVC and find out the status of your case because the F2B category has a longer waiting time than the F2A category

How I can call the NVC and what should I say it?

you can call them at (603) 334-0700 or use the public inquiry form https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php you can just ask them the status of your case when you contact them. You can also login to the CEAC page and you will see if your category has changed from f2a to f2b, at the top right corner.

Dear All,

One thing I need to know, If someone’s VISA FEE & POLICE CERTIFICATE has been paid/submitted and waiting for the Medical & Interview Date, later within few days, He/She is running out of 21 age when PD becomes current then what will happen?

Will she get VISA at the time of Interview? OR Will He/She be converted F2A to F2B?

CSPA guidelines are very tricky to understand, you would have to talk to a lawyer or NVC supervisor to get a really good understanding of it all. However, with your case, I am assuming you got case complete before the beneficiary turned 21. Therefore they will still be granted a F2A visa even if they are 21 before PD becomes current. I am not a lawyer, I am just explaining from my understanding of the CSPA guidelines

Side note: My brother is currently 22 and is still being processed under the F2A category by NVC... however the final CSPA decision is made by the US consulate in your country and there is still a possibility of him being deferred to a F2B category at the time of his interview.

The good news is that beginning with next Nov VB, we will start seeing ILs for us 2015ers (F2A) ! It is all down hill from here guys!

The bad news is that our nice tracking-list got messed up a little bit, a couple posts ago. It lost its indentation and alignment.

I received a checklist today stating that i need a secondary sponsor for my AOS and i should take the documents with me at the time of my interview. Do i need to send a copy of these documents to NVC as well or do i juust need to present them at the time of the interview?.....if i dont need to send them to nvc does this mean my case is complete?

Please clarify this for me
