i see. i see. the latest vb announced a 30 day cap movement until Jan2017 i hope it will be 30 days all the way to Jan2017..

I hope in my case will be:

Visa Bulletin: Feb 22 // PD Mar 27 // Interview will be sometime in Jan.

I would be happy. Just hope now.

On a side note, with the information given, we know for sure that Visa will be current at least to Jan 20 on Nov 2.

we know that the vb will move at least jan 22 for the next month vb. a guy on facebook claimed that the agent said that they are scheduling until feb 8.. the agent prolly said wrongly... my pd is feb3 and when i called, they said no visa is available.. hoping to be current soon

Hey guys,

I have a question for anybody that might be in my situation. I am a permanent resident that filled an I-130 for my spouse who is an F-1 student (PD is August 2016).When the beneficiary is in the country the process seems a little different from what most of you have gone through.

Does anybody have any experience with a spouse that is in the US? I get a little lost after the I-130 approval, am I supposed to wait until USICS sends me a letter letting me know that a visa is available? Or should I just watch the priority dates and file when the date is current. Also what about the "dates for filling" vs "final action dates." Please share your experience if you have been though this. Thank you and good luck to everybody!
