i submitted ds 261 in july 13 2016 and paid aos fees and VI both but ds 261 shows incomplete in wibesite what happened ?

I-130 NOA1 : 24/08/2015



I-130 Approved : 16/12/2015



NVC Received : 21/01/2016



Received DS-261 / AOS Bill :13/07/2016



Pay AOS Bill : 13/07/2016



Submit DS-261 : 13/07/2016 ( completed 25/08/2016)

Hey folks!

My PD is 2 Nov 2015 and according to the second VB chart, I am in line for paperwork to begin. However, I have not heard from NVC, no WL this far. Should I go ahead and call NVC about it?

You should contact the NVC since the second table on the most current Visa Bulletin is showing 22 NOV 15. Your PD is the 2nd.

Anyone seen the uscis.gov/visabulletininfo lately? It says that you can use the dates for filing chart for adjustment of status. BUT if you click on the link, it still shows the application final action dates. Anyone tried to call uscis if this is a typo?

Hello everyone

My priority date is nov 2015

i start divorce process in morocco cause my husband was abusing me and treating me so badly.

So my question... Is There Any possiblity to continue the process about my visa petition without him?? Or is There Anyone here CAN give me information about the U non immigrant visa ??
