I think photocopies will do as we aren't certain about when PD may become current anytime soon but all original copies must be presented on interview date.

Just my opinion...

It's been 3 days since my IV payment status is 'In Process'. I just got off the phone with NVC and they said the statement of 2-3 business days to change status to 'Paid' is no longer valid, even though this statement is found official online notice and receipts. NVC representative said that couple of months ago the duration was changed to 'up to a week', and payments might be posted and 'Paid' earlier than a week. We can't complete DS-260 before IV invoice is in 'Paid' status.

I already sent my AoS and Supporting Documents packet. It will reach either today or Monday. I hope the process flow won't be messed up if they receive my package before completion of DS-260.

Anyone had this situation? Any suggestion?

I don't think your case will run into any issues. Lot of people in previous months have mailed their AOS and IV package right after paying AOS bill even before their Iv fee was invoiced.

Hi guys,my kids have already legally immigrated to the US with my spouse last year.

When I logged in NVC their names are listed under mine as (accompany relatives),and (pay Now)is highlighted in Red.will this affect my processing if left ignored?

NB-my spouse had submitted the kids birthcertificates with the i-130 application to show that our marriage was in good faith.

As long as you are the principal applicant I doubt if that will affect you.
