Do you guys have any link on any announcement made about the sudden change of CSC processing time for LPR 1-30? We were really hoping for ~5month approval :(

08-01-2015 Case Accepted (E-Notification)
08-10-2015 NOA1 (I797C) Received

12-17-2015 NOA2 Approved via USCIS website.

12-23-2015 NOA2 Received by Mail

12-30-2015 NVC Received our case (confirmed via phone)

01-12-2016 Received Case Number via Email and IN via phone

07-25-2016 WL & AOS Invoiced

So I'd been calling NVC since a few days ago having waited for 3 weeks since NOA2. I was able to get hold of one NVC personal finally today after being on hold for around 20 minutes.

After I gave my USCIS receipt number, he said they don't have any record of my case. He further told me that once they receive my application from USCIS and create a case number which might take 3-4 weeks more, they will send a WL letter to me, the petitioner. Waiting for that.

My case:

PD: June 17, 2015

NOA2: August 27, 2015

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

We filed ours last July 10, 2015, got approved September 18, 2015. Still waiting for the Welcome letter.

Are you under F2A category?What is your service center??

What is WL? What do we expect after receiving the first letter, I guess NOA1

My friend's pd is february 02 2015. She told me early morning that she already received her welcome letter. I called nvc too and they told me i will get my wl next week.
