So, what's next?

Is it:

1. Pay IV Fee? when will we be able to pay IV fee?
2. Send AoS and Supporting documents? (mail/email/upload?)
3. Next??

1. I guess IV Fee can only be paid if it's posted on the payment portal. As of now, it's $0.00. We simply need to wait for that to update.

2. Only cases pertainign to certain contries are allowed to email the documents. For us, its the mail. Not sure if AOS and IV Supporting Documents can be sent before paying IV fee. Some people in previous posts have mentioned they have sent both while waiting to pay IV fee while some have recommended not to do so. Let's see.

Have any one idea f2a visa Under 21 ages????.....my real age this moment is...19 year 9 month....when my pd become current my age will be 20 year 3 month.....am i still eligible for visa?

I am also 19, when my PD (04June2015) becomes current i will be 20 yrs old too.....I am under the impression that as longs as your case becomes current BEFORE you turn 21 yrs old then we are safe..so just hope visa bulletin picks up and everything moves smoothly

also according to myprioritydate.com your priority date may become current between November and December of this year....i wish you best of luck

unfortunately my case is not complete as yet...my petitioner have not submitted my IV documents as yet. hopefully she will do so by next week

Did you mean you got your WL letter ? My PD date is August 12th 2015 and am yet to receive WL from NVC.

Any august 2015 applicant who have received WL please confirm.

Wow! I wonder what's going on and why i am yet to receive mine. I called severally but last time i called i was informed that my case would be forwarded to a supervisor because it was supposed to have been posted out to my given address.

you will be able to pay your IV Fee when your receive your WL and yes the DS-260 is online and you will be able to access it 3 business days after you have paid the IV Fee

Wait for 5-7 days.

If it's still inactive then call NVC, they will guide you.

Since it's been more than a week you submitted DS-261, call them up today (by midnight EST) and ask them to review your DS-261. In my case the guy there did review my DS261 while I was on the phone and he told me i'll get IV invoice in a week, i got that in 2 days. If the person agrees to do so like in my case, you will get IV invoice in few days thereafter. In the mean time, you can have AOS and IV package ready to be mailed.

August VB is out. Bad news! ... No movement. And it looks even worst for the next month of Sept.
