Fiscal year 2015 - 2016 is coming to an end. So I guess they used up almost all of the available visa numbers for this category. But the good news is that in October begins a fresh new fiscal year, and with that comes a whole brand new set of visa numbers available. It shoud pick back up by then.

Too slow, do you have an idea why

I received WL june 1st 2016. I already filed choice of agent form and paid AOS fees. However, I am not able to pay IV fees. Anybody knows why? how long should I wait before paying it? Do the two fees have same invoice number that I received from NVC?

hello guys :dancing: I am a fellow F2A 2015 filer...my priority date is June 4th 2015 but my case is not complete yet, i just have to send in the IV and AOS documents. Keep me updated please

I have already submitted the DS-260 form....my petitioner should be mailing the supporting documents to NVC by next week

Oh.. Aos = Affidavit of support, i thought you meant adj. of status.

Looking for people who filed adjustment of status with pd earlier than oct2015. I just want to know if the rumors are true that uscis are accepting applications for AoS with pd earlier than 2015.

what do u mean 'accepting applications'?....if by 'accepting applicants' you mean they are issusing interview dates to people who filed in 2015, then i do not think that is the case,people under the F2A category with PD earlier than oct2015 are only able to file adjustment of status. they are currently at 2014 PD with the issuing of visas
