My case was completed today via phone!!!! I am so excited! Thank you guys so much for all your help and support. Now, we wait for the interview! I hope the Visa Bulletn moves quickly.

I received WL 01 June 2016..Now I need help
1. Must I wait 15 days after filling address and agent form DS261 before paying the required fees? If you access ceac webiste for payment and it allows you to pay, you can pay. If you want to wait, you can wait for 15 days but not necessary.
2. What do they need under financial documents proof if relationship Is NVC asking for proof of relationship? Usually it doesn't ask fro that. If it is just the financial documents, it's for AOS for which you'll need tax return transcripts, employment proof, recent paystubs, i-864 form...

3. under photocopies of support documents, what is petitioner documents? You need petitioner document (copy of birth certificate) only if you are petitioning for parent or sibling. In your case, it's not applicable.

PD is June 11th, 2015.

Spouse (applicant) : Indian resident

2015-06-11 : I-130 received by USCIS (same as priority date)

2015-08-12 : I-130 was approved

2015-09-02 : NVC received application

2015-09-24 : NVC assigned case, invoice, and beneficiary ID

2016-01-28 : Paid Affidavit of Support Fees

2016-02-03 : Paid IV fees

2016-02-11 : DS-260 Visa Application submitted

2016-03-07 : Sent requested documents to NVC

2016-04-20 : NVC confirmed the documents, considered case completed and requested us to wait for priority date to be current

2016-08-25 : Naturalization certificate sent to upgrade case

2016-09-22 : Case upgraded

2016-09-28 : Interview date assigned as 2016-11-02

2016-11-02 : Interview held and VISA approved

2016-11-05 : VISA received

2016-11-11 : Entry in USA
