Hi Everyone,

DS 260 has been submitted to NVC and its been over 30 days (5th week) but there's no feedback of the interview schedule from NVC yet, is this normal? All fees and additional requirements are settled.

Is it ok to live in a different country while waiting for the PD to become current? Once interview is available, i can just go home to appear for interview.

I think should be fine. Why not? Just avoid adding criminal record on your history. Also avoid traveling to Iran, Iraq, Sudan or Syria to be safe. They are implementing this so called "Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015"...

Mine is June 2015. Lets hope the cut off dates move forward faster than the current trend in upcoming months.

Thank you! I am a US CItizen. My priority date was March 16th, 2015. But remember there is no extra waiting time for parents of US Citizens. (No limit on number of visas given per year)

Hi guys...my priority date is August 2015 F2A category. My petition was approved in January 2016.I haven't heard from NVC concerning my application so I mailed them on May 16th 2016 using the (Ask NVC Form)and ask for my Invoice ID.Got reply this morning.So I now have my case numbers.Waiting for welcome Letter?.Good luck to everyone!

Your wife will get the welcome letter soon to start the visa application process and submit the supporting documents to NVC. However, it is another 6-7 months of wait before NVC schedules the visa interview based on the current cut off date.

Yes I am here . we started the application on 23rd of February , got approved on 9th of July and sent to NVC , no news till now . The waiting is unbearable but we have nothing to do apart from waiting

My I-130 is pending since June 2015 You better be thankful
