Hi Everyone,

DS 260 has been submitted to NVC and its been over 30 days (5th week) but there's no feedback of the interview schedule from NVC yet, is this normal? All fees and additional requirements are settled.

Thanks!

Current final action date is Nov 2014, so yours one is not current. They are processing ones from Nov 2014 for interview process. The new table of filing dates (Oct 2015 as of June visa bulletin) is just for collecting the documents/fees so that once the priority date becomes current, it's ready for interview process.

Hi there , if you just made it to NVC there process took us 5 months from getting there. we are applying cr1visa and we started in aug 2015, went to nvc about october, the payments online will let you know when you can process payments, then goes to next ste, which then you have to send all the documents requested and they review them . if no problems with documents sent it will process accordingly about two months from date they receive your documents. We finished nvc in march 2016 and last week got our interview date for June 2016, So we are now hoping for the best for our interview!!! Good luck so it took all in all 10 to get interview from begining of filing for us.I am born USA my spouse Turkey.

Hi, I think that you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for Green Card Holders who are applying for their spouses. You are a U.S. Citizen so you need to be in the other forum. You might get a lot more help that way. The process for green card holders is a little bit different than yours, because our process is dependent on the visa bulletin.
