  • 4/04/15 - NOA1 received
  • 5/07/15 - NOA2 received **Priority date 3/25/15**
  • 6/09/15 - NVC email with case & invoice # (no further processing until case is current)
  • 1/20/16 - NVC welcome letter rcvd , along with AOS invoice
  • 1/21/16 - Agent of choice sent
  • 2/02/16 - IV Fee invoice rcvd
  • 2/05/16 - Paid AOS & IV Fees
  • 2/10/16 - DS-260 completed and submitted
  • 2/10/16 - AOS & Civil supporting docs sent to NVC via FedEx
  • 2/12/16 - docs arrived to NVC
  • 2/17/16 - NVC Scan Date (letter via email stating all docs rcvd on 2/12 , will take 30 days to review docs.)

Just received confirmation from NVC case complete on Mar. 15, no checklist was issued..Thank God!! :dancing: ..Any ideas how long until IL arrives? :innocent:

Hello,

Sadly, not anytime soon. My pd is Feb 3, 2015, we got our case completed on Nov 25, 2015 and until now, we don't have any interview letter. It will only arrive when your pd is current. Hmmm maybe your interview letter will arrive later mid this year sometime August to October 2016 (depending on how fast the visa bulletin would be). The positive note here is that, there is a big chance that we would celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our family.

Good luck! Don't worry, time flies when you are happy. So try to be happy or stay happy! :)

Hi everyone ,my case was approved

just want to know if the PD is no current , NVC will ask me to collect the documents and AOs and to pay the visa fee and then I have to wait for the WL or all these things will be done after the PD is current ??

last year, the F2A Visa Bulletin For August 2015 was 15DEC13 AND FOR SEPTEMBER 2015 IT WAS 01MAR14....THATS ABOUT A 3 MONTH MOVEMENT! I hope the same happens this year. Join me in this prayer

Plz someone help me on 9 March 2015, we received the approval notice from uscis.

My husband told me that NVC call him yesterday they ask him for his income nd they told they have to get an insurance for me ??? The problem is when we verify the W2 his gross pay is about 19.896 !!!!!!!

And the minimum requirement is 20.025 in the property ...!!!

So then my husband can't sponsor me with his first job , he start working another but just in his free time can he put this also to complete this also in the paper or not ???:?? Please I need help

Hey Thanks a ton! but how do you check if they received? or you get a mail?

@Farzana,

This is the date that NVC received your case. There are two ways to get it.

1. Called NVC to check if NVC they have received your case or not.

2. Wait until you receive the welcome letter from NVC.

I have chose the first way. It's faster.

I called nvc on 20th March, they have advised me to wait until 7th April if i haven't heard anything from their side which means after 45 days from my scan date on 22nd Feb. Do you think that i should wait... Or call them again after 30 days instead of 45 days?

call them on the 30th day. I am assuming they advise to call after 45 days cause by that time, the CC email should have been received already and you would not bother to call.

Just an advise, call them on the 30th day.
