Hi carot 12,

My hubby paid the aos and iv fees a few days ago.The iv is still in process,can u plz advise me on my next step after the iv fees show paid?

Hi sony,

When its status changed to paid, you can fill DS260. In the mean while, you should prepare affidavit support and collect civil docs. Once you completed ds 260, you have everything be ready to send NVC.

Sorry, aos form has been done by my hubby. I have no idea as well. If you have any question, you should post here, i believe that there are many experts around our forum can assist you. Kindly note that this form is one of the tricky docs which maybe delayed your completion as ... If there is a check list which will take you 30 days to review....

I read somewhere that if by the time your spouse is given a visa your havent been married for more than 2 years, they will be given a conditional permanent residence card when they come to the US. Is that true?

Hi everyone

filing date: november04,2015

Noa2 : March09,2016

my case was just approved on March 9,2016 thanks god . I'm waiting for the approval notice.

I just need some informations about visa bulletin family , my husband is a permanent resident, so it scares me I just found out that the date on the visa bulletin they are working on in morocco is August 2014 , can anyone tell me how time takes from nvc to contact me. Is there anyone here from morocco ????

So is that mean my visa is no current and I have to wait 2 years and then NVC will start the visa process OMG i just flipped

Before 2013, f2A visa used to take about 5 years to be current and this discouraged many LPR from filing for their spouses. Can someone tell us how the process got faster after 2013?
