My hubby paid IV fee for me and my daughter yesterday, 4th Feb... But it still shown "NOT PAID" until now... I thought it should be at least in "IN PROCESS"... He also told me that the bank has not cut his money yet. He said that no worries... It is normal... It will be fine after 2-3 days. Pls advise me it is correct or not... I am really worry.

Guys, please advise. What should we do now?

The IV fee status is shown" in process" phew. I am relief :-)

Do you know when we can fill DS260 after the status iv fee changed to "paid" ?

When it shows paid you can fill iv form. Mine shown yesterday paid tomorrow I am going to fill iv form.

i am wondering too. could it be a solid one month move?

when we use up to 4 weeks, we can assume that vb will move 4 weeks at most and a chance of moving a 2 or 3 week... just a guess

I made a typo error in my daughter's DS260. My mistake was my wife's date of birth. I miss the year by one year. I hope this is not a big issue. The month and day is correct, only the year is wrong and only by one year.

@mnldad, i think you should contact NVC to ask them how to correct DS260.

hi. I got married for US citizen 1 year ago. we have been waiting for an interview for a year. I made an appointment with immigration officer today in a local immigration office. And said she does see i-130 on her computer and she has to pull my case from South Carolina (i move 1 week ago to Baltimore). I know that we sent i-130 and i-485 together and i paid 1490$. 1070$ for i-484 and biometric fee plus 420$ for i-130. And we have never gotten any approval notice from i-130 or anything like that. We received only the receipt from i-485. Please help me . I'm stocked may be thats why i have been waiting so long

@mnlDad Hi, did you contact NVC about the error on your DS-260 ? I also made a mistake .

I did not. I recall seeing from other threads NVC cannot correct it and will have to tell the embassy during the interview what to correct.
