Hi

I paid my AOS fee and still in process. AOS Fees of $120 has been dedected from my wifes USA bank account.

Now i need to ask a question here. When will i be able to submit my IV fees?

Will NVC allow me to submit IV fee after receiving my AOS form and documets in its offcie in US or will i be able to pay my IV fee before submitting my AOS form and AOS documents in NVC.

your reply willl help me.

Hi Myao

Hope you are fine. Can you please let me now one thing.

I completed my DS-261 amd Paid my AOS fee. My online status showiing DS-261 'completed' and AOS fee 'PAID' .

I didn't send my AOS documents yet bcz i i am still gathering the documnets.

My question is

WIll NVC issue me the IV fee invoice after receiving the AOS from and supporting documents or they issue the IV fee invoice after the payment the the payment of AOS.

One more question about police Clearance Certificate . Did u send the Orgional Police clearance Certificate or just a photocopy.

Sorry i m bothering you alot .

Your answers definatley provide me comfort and it will help.

Hello James,

No you cannot submit AOS without getting approved from USCIS. AOS is NVC step and you still havent got approved from USCIS, wich after they approve your case, will send your case to NVC and they they take it from there and ask you to fill out AOS and all.

For CSC, the approval time is on an average 5 months.

So, wait for approval on your case from USCIS and after that since you are already in US, you can file adjustment of status to NVC.

And yes, your PD is 8th Oct 2015

I just received an email from NVC about my IV invoice to pay my IV fee.

Just to update:

PD June 8, 2015.

Received (Feb 3) IV Fee Invoice for my wife and daughter. Will be paying on Feb 15.

Hopefully NVC continue with the pace on processing of our case. They are ahead of what we expected.

Jun 08, 2015 - Priority Date (NOA1)

Aug 06, 2015 - NOA2 (Approval) - 59 days from NOA1
