Just got off the phone with NVC, the rep is not helpful. He told me to wait until i got WL. I know i should wait... But until when.....

I asked him my PD, 9th of March 2015 to be suposed to open within this month due to the filing date ( before 15th June 2015). I do not know why he could not give me any hint? So sad ....

@sony, any updated from your case, please

Good to know. I am going to call them today, and ask about my case. My PD is March 17, 2015. I am going to go ahead and call them to see.

I wish they start approving 2015 applications again. Wanna get the approval so we can relax while waiting.....

Hi Carot12,

So sorry to hear about the representative. Try again whenever you have time! some agents are actually knowledgable while others are not helpful. It's a matter of luck! From my experience, others will explain the process while some will say "I don't know". Hopefully, next time you call, they can tell you " we reviewed your case last (date here ) & you may expect your WL to arrive in 42 days". Prepare your documents! :) Your welcome letter is coming

It will eventually arrive! What's your service center? Depending on your service center, the processing time varies.

Hello Roop,

I hope you are having a great day! Yes, I remember seeing the message then after 3 months, I got our welcome letter. Do you have your case number and invoice number? If so, whenever you call them always ask "Please update me with my case" either they will say no visa available or your case has been reviewed last (date here) and wait for 42 days for your welcome letter.

What's your pd?

@masih27,

If you look around in our forum... You will know that there are at least 2 people with PD ( 2 March & 13 March) whom have just called NVC got the news that their cases are under review... & they will get WL from that day to 42 days.... It means, finally they are working on our filters... Anyway, this is just assumption.... Keep hoping. I will update when I get WL.

Our case is at CSC. Hopefully it arrives before 2016, it will be the best Christmas gift. :)

Hi, have you tried logging into the website. ceac.state.gov

My pd is march 17, 2015 and I was able to log in. However, my invoice has not been processed yet. i clicked on fee payment.

Hello!

Congratulations! You are one step closer already. Mine took 35 days before I got an email. I tried logging in to the website everyday until I had access. I got my WL after paying my AOS :) Hope it helps!
