May I ask how old is your daughter? I did file for my wife and did not file for my daughter cause she is 5 y/o and will be a derivative. That is why I did not file a separate i-130 for my daughter.

I am just wondering why 2 sets of i-130 were filed for you case.

When my husband sent the form to uscis he didnt have any idea about derivative.. Thats why we have diff. Case no. Anyways NVC actually approve it. Whats ur Pd? Mine Pd January 2015 Edited October 27, 2015 by Phil10

just an update. PD 12 January 2015. I haven't receive the welcome letter, but I manage to access DS-261 and manage to complete the form.

my pd is 03Feb2015. I managed to pay my IV fee one day after I got my AOS invoice. We already submitted my documents last thursday and waiting for an email saying they received it. You can call them and ask for an update and try accessing the website too. I managed to access the website even without a welcome letter.

Hi i applyed in august 24.2015 california service center im still waiting approval what happened in csc ?

@myao , that was so fast. I thought you can have IV fee invoive more than a week. Anyways. I hope they can review ur docs immediately..? when did you fill up DS 260?

awww thank you! they sent me an email dated oct 27, 2015 time stamp is 2:00 in the morning saying they received my documents and give them 30 days to review our case.

so we got our wl on oct 15. I did choice of agent and paid aos fee. My bank cleared the payment the next day but still says in process.. then i got my iv fee on oct 16. my husband finished his iv document (cant recall if its ds261) the same day.. then we sent out documents oct 22.

we sent out the documents when both our aos and iv fee says paid
