hi is that a question or u let me know that all January fillers get WL. if it is a question i dont have the answer all i know is im january PD my scan date is 5 oct 15.i received the WL on september 15.and some february pd received theire WL last week but even we got the WL i thing we still have a long time to wait bcz right know pd jun 2014 some received IL this week so to get to january u still have along time to receive WL . so im not worry about that u received the WL now or not doesnt mean nothing the only thing u worry about is the VB we are far man if there is no big jump on our vb to be current will be around mars april or mai 2016 hopefully sooner.all the best bro.

Yes we got WL last OCt 14.2015 and also pay AOS. But in my wifi case she doesnt have WL as of now. Still to wait until this week. And call NVC.

i know someone with January PD and got theirs already. Im also February 2015 and I got my WL two weeks ago.

May I ask how old is your daughter? I did file for my wife and did not file for my daughter cause she is 5 y/o and will be a derivative. That is why I did not file a separate i-130 for my daughter.

I am just wondering why 2 sets of i-130 were filed for you case.
