My PD is 14 April,15 and I've got i -130 approval on 14 September,15. When can i expect to have welcome letter? The last update that I've got is My case has been transferred to NVC on 28th September. Should i call NVC to ask whether they have received my case And ask them about case number??

Hello Gagz,

Congrats on your approval! It's too soon to call for NVC. Give them at least 30 days. Your beneficiary will be receiving a letter from NVC stating a visa is not yet available with his case number and pd on it.

Your welcome letter would be later on (say 5 months). Here's our timeline so you can have an idea. My pd is feb 3, 2015 (I still do not have my welcome letter). Our case was approved on April 3 and my beneficiary received a mail on April 23. We called NVC and they told us our case was ready last September 11. We are expecting our Welcome Letter to arrive on October 23 (42 days).

I can access the website (payment only) but I still do not have my WL. Did you received it by mail or email? Im still waiting for my WL but my documents are ready! :) hihi

I called today again (PD Jun 17, 2015), the NVC personnel gave me my case number, invoice ID and beneficiary ID numbers. I have not yet received WL. Can i go to ceac and pay the required AOS related fees since i have invoice ID?

You can go to the website and try if you have access. Let us know the results! :) I can only access the payment fee part but it says 0
