My PD is 10/12/15... And my case has still not reached NVC.. I-130 is approved... What should i do ?

Hi L0bster00,

Your PD is 12 Oct 2015 and you have not heard from NVC yet???? You should call NVC ASAP!!!  Your date was current 1 or 2 months ago I think. You should've finished your interview by now. You have not received any welcome letter from NVC? You should call at the earliest.

Hi Sandy, Thank you for response..

I am sorry my date pd date is 10 December 2015...  Is that current ? I have been calling NVC. All they say that, they haven't received my I-130 from USCIS and asks me not to call USCIS as i am done with them. ( Since Petition is approved )   I have one letter from USCIS says They have approved the I-130  petition and have forwarded to case to NVC.. NVC says they haven't received any thing... May be USCIS lost my I-130 ?   Is there i can do any thing to get  my file to NVC

ok so it is 12/10/2015 which means you may have a couple of months before it becomes current, possibly by Jan 2018.  USCIS would forward the approved petition to NVC in about 2 months. You should ask NVC for the Invoice number and the welcome letter. The  process of sending relevant documents to NVC and paying the fees starts then. Maybe you should contact USCIS again. They may have the petition in the system

Also your petitioner should get in touch with USCIS... They have local field offices and your petitioner can take up the case with them

Since her PETITION is not APPROVED. There is technically no Priority Date for her. That's what i was told by the USCIS officer. You need to get the PETITION APPROVED. Was the application transferred to USCIS LOCAL OFFICE ? Where your mother resides ? If yes, Then This can be a reason for delay. The LOCAL OFFICE wants to interview your mother before Approving the PETITION.  I would contact OMBUDSMAN and your LOCAL CONGRESSMAN for more help.
