Just got my NOA2 letter in my mail=I-130 case approval letter. I just confirmed my PD is 9JULY15 not 10JULY15. What is the next step?

What should we do ? My lawyer did an inquiry as well ..the case is pending :/ i guess they got lots of case load

The best thing to do is to wait. Did you tried calling? in some cases, the documents are lost or needs more evidence.

Any update about WL guys?????

hmm i can access ceac website - only the "Fee payment" part tho. I called NVC previously & they told me to expect a WL in 30 days/mid-october.

i received the WL on September 15th and i already done with the NVC i mean I'm waiting to get case complete hopefully soon
