I need your advice. When I submitted the support affidavit, I used a freind as a supporter as I was a student back then. Now I have a job and can be the main supporter. When my wife goes to the embassy, can I give her a new one with me as the mean of support or has to use my friend again?

My pd march 6 2015

i believe you need it to send the i485 with i130 at the sametime. that way you will get the interview here. contact NVC ask them what is the next you need to do to have the interview here.

No I'm a legal permanent resident and I can't send the I-130 at the same timewith I-485  we had to wait until the priority date and send the I-485 but now they transfer our case ro NVC consular process and the intervie will be schedule at the embassy or consulate in BOG not here And I want to know if I had any possibility to do it here .

If the PD is march 6, 2015, it's already current. So technically, now you can submit i485 (AOS) package of your son to USCIS and inform NVC that you will be going for AOS with USCIS and not consular processing. However, the problem is your son overstayed and they are not usually forgiven for dependents of LPRs, So there's a possibility that his i485 filing will be denied. If he goes for inteview process with NVC, he may also be denied a visa due to overstaying. May need to go for some sort of waiver. I believe you have to consult a lawyer.

Im preparing my package to sent my naturalization N-400 and I believe that's much better to wait until I finish my process and I able to resent his papers again with my citizens and then his going to be elegible to AOS here.  Also soon Im planning to get married and my future spouse is US citizens so she can petition him as stepson
