Thank you for contacting my office to request assitance with a Federal Agency or the Federal Government. We have received your request, and are reviewing it to determine how we may best assist you. We will be in contact with you as soon as we have further information.

I submitted a service request on October 23rd, USCIS responded with this:

Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.

Do you also send request to USCIS?

I received the NPIW letter dated March 17 2015.

I submitted a service request on October 23rd, USCIS responded with this:

omg, it is over 6 months now and they still dont give you anything.(.. hope a congressman help your case be done soon.

When i submited my request, i told them my local office is Philadelphia and I got a response from my local office. It is weird because it is the first time I got response like that. so i think you should make one more request and tell them

your local office processing is over your case to see. I got a response within 10 days.

My AOS is Jan 6,2015 and I got waiver in Jun 12.

Im sorry that i dont know how to update my timeline bc i use my phone to online

Did you try to talk to Tier2 or contact w congressmen?

We have done both. First they told us the file was in transit to Washington and then that b/c if workload they have not been able to work on our case. Who do we believe? It has been 16 months since we have filed and still no word.

I think after 16 months it's time to contact Ombudsman.

According to your local office they're working on petitions from April 2015, which means you're way outside normal processing times.

I think now you should call tier 2 every week to ask why, and also push them to work on your case.

Yes, you are right. We even filed a compliant with the ombudsman in Sept. It takes 90 days so let's se if we hear something from them.

Have somebody known how long they will send you notice after they recieve your mail? I just mail them my renew my work permit and they receive it on friday.
