Edit: Perhaps they took my service request seriously? You should try to do another one and mention that your local office is past your NOA date.

Forgive me. I have not been reading in the 3 threads. Too many posts. Not enough time. Life has happened. All that said, I want to send some sort of an inquiry because I have read a couple posts that lead me to believe it might speed things up. How do I do that? Rough timeline is that my wife's AOS NOA1 is Jan 20, 2015. We would like to avoid having to reapply for EAD/AP & her TX DL as well as do yet another medical. Appreciate any help.

We got our Welcome notice and card production status update via e-mail and text message!

On October 27, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1XXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

Can't believe it!!! No RFE's throughout our ENTIRE process!!

That's the way the answer me after I saw my local office pass my filling day and send the a request...

I'm sure it's just the generic 'keep waiting' letter as my status hasn't changed

Just as I thought, the response to my service request was:

Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.

Preparing everything now to contact my congressman. It's been almost a year.

I used this link:

I entered my zip code and it told me who my representative is. Then you see how you can contact them (email, letter...) and that should be it.

I believe you can but I'm not sure how much he can do if your case is still within 6 months of the NPIW letter or within the processing times of your local office. Hopefully someone else can help and answer this question for you.

Do you try to talk to Tier2 before?? Is congressman job same with Tier 2 of Uscis?

I contacted my Congresswoman Karen Bass about 2 months ago regarding my father's case and they told me they can't do anything because its still not 6 months yet, and on Oct 20th i contacted her again and she took my case and they ask me to give them 30 days to hear from the USCIS, my father's PD is Jan 14th, and i got the NPIW on April 20th.

So now the only thing i can do that is waiting until Dec.

Im just curious bc my office processing time is over my day...and they still said it doesnt relate to my case.
