Hi, just a quick question - how did they reply to the service request? Was it an email, case status update or a letter?

I got an email and I think I got a text too. My case status didn't update but it shows that a service request was opened.

Im a Jan AOS filler, and I got a waiver letter on early June. I just check on my local office, the processing time for i485 over my filled day. Can you tell me what should I do now?

Does anyone know what happens when USCIS doesn't respond to a service request within three weeks of submitting a request?

Expect a reply by October 9, 2015

That's what they told me yet I received nothing by the 9th.

EDIT: What can I do? Another service request? Contact congressperson? Ombudsman? Infopass? Or just wait?

I'm so frustrated :(

Also, how would I know if my case gets transferred? I never had a case update saying so so I guess it's safe to assume my case is still at NBC? If so, how do I check processing times for NBC? :(
