Green Card in Hand (Finally). :)

After waiting for (1 year and 40 days of filing for AOS).

Thanks for everyone who answered my questions and shared their experience along this long journey. Best luck for everyone and I will take a break now from here and see you after 1 year and 9 months to lift the conditional status. Hang on everyone, USCIS now is faster than before and they are coping up with the backlog.

Good Luck everyone.

My AOS got approved today only one month after NPIW. I was really surprised, I expected to wait at least 6 months. It looks like it is really random. I hope this means that they are working faster now.

Janet, I'm still checking the thread regularly until I see you and Adonis get approved. With regards to this approval, look the other way honey :-(

I am past frustration, anger, and just know that it is coming to an end soon in less than a week.

We are gathering evidence which we have a lot of. The only thing is that I can't add my husband to the deed of the house, however he is on the insurance for the house, the auto insurance, credit card, joint bank account, joint health insurance, life insurance for each other with each other as beneficiary. He is not on any cell phone bill or utility bill either. We have photos from our marriage, prior to marriage trips, and everyday life here.

Will this be enough evidence do you think?

I think you'll be good with what you have. My husband isn't on the mortgage, or any utilities, but is on everything else. It's my understanding that they don't expect you to have as much as you'll need for ROC as of right now. They want commingling finances and so on. I hope it goes well. I know you're ready to have this behind you. All my best.
