HI guys, how many CENOMARs and NSO Birt Cert is actually needed for K1 visa? I am requesting online now. They are expensive so I want to order what I will actually need and use. Is my CENOMAR needed in the US? Like in changing of status or anything like that.

Get new cenomar 3 weeks before interview n get 5 to 7 copies of birth certificate dont get it online go to ur local nso office so it will be more cheaper... ull be needing birth certificate every now n then when u get to US

To answer your question, you only NEED 1 of each for your visa. Get more of your Birth Certs for the U.S. as you will need it time and time again there..

I told my wife to bring to the US (CR1), 3 originals of everything: Birth Cert, Marriage Cert, NBI background, CEMAR, etc. Also Baptismal cert and any other official document you can think of. May NEVER need any of them but much better to have.

Pay AOS Bill : 2014-09-17
Submit DS-261 : 2014-09-17
Send AOS Package : 2014-09-19
Receive IV Bill : 2014-10-03
Pay IV Bill : 2014-10-03
Received Interview Letter by E-mail: 2015-03-20 (May 5, 2015)
SLEC completed: 2015-04-22
Visa Approved: 2015-05-05
Visa Issued: 2015-05-15 (221g for no CENOMAR!)
