The i-864 is a bit confusing, could you confirm if I filled out them out correctly. The USC petitioner is only sponsoring husband.

1) On Page 2, I'm just checking YES and leaving 2a-6f empty. Is it ok to leave 2a-6f empty, or do I have to enter NONE or N/A on every field that doesn't apply? There are also other empty fields on the i864, is it ok to leave them empty, or should I enter NONE or N/A on every empty field?

2)

If I add together 1-7, it'll be 3, but it says do not count anyone twice. So, is the right answer for household size = 2?

Maybe you should've used I-864EZ since I'm assuming there's no co-sponsor and the spouse is the only one immigrating.

Enter N/A or None in the empty fields.

Yes, don't count anyone twice so the household size is 2. For #3, you'll just put 0 since the intending immigrant is the spouse.

Yes, that's correct, it's 0 on #3. It makes sense because that part is for the persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit. It would be 1 only if you were currently married and were not sponsoring your spouse. Since you are sponsoring your spouse in that affidavit, it would be 0.

We have to use assets, as petitioner/sponsor is not employed. I believe i864ez does not allow listing assets.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but only i-864 allows listing assets.

So, every empty field should say N/A or none?, for example for A-Numer, I can only do this if I print the form and write by hand.

This is very strange, could someone confirm again that this is how NVC wants us to fill the i-864
