So we filed our I-129F with TSC in early January and got our NOA1 on 13 January and have just had a RFE to submit evidence that we intend to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's (me) entry to the US on a K1. On the I-129F my fiance made the declaration but there was no where I could see that I also had to. Anyway they have said they need an original statement from me establishing my intent to marry within 90 days of my admission into the US which I can do. Has anyone else had this and was a statement enough or did you also submit other evidence about wedding plans.

Many thanks for any advice.

It's very easy to fix. All you need to do is submit a letter of intent. There is a great sample letter here on VJ. Just use that example letter, fill in your information / name wherever its needed, sign and date it and send it to them. That should be it. No need to submit wedding plans or anything like that.

Both petitioner and beneficiary should have written and signed statements of intent to marry. Nothing fancy, there are examples online if you Google it. Also it is suggested that closer to your interview datethe petitioner (your American fiance)writes a second letter of intent to marry within 90 days which you should take to the interview with you.

Here is the example. You can back out the red type and enter correct info.

Then also use updated version for later at interview.
