My interview was on the 3rd dec and my status has not changed from interview scheduled. I had a pretty straight forward interview and the woman said she will approve it after running background check and looking into my medicals. How long do I have to wait for my status to change. Nervous that they may have a change of heart

I had my interview on December 3rd too. The woman said if she approve me,I will get my card soon. She told me about ROC and give me a paper to sign. My case has not been updated yet..still showing my interview is scheduled but I know it will update soon. Don't be nervous you will be fine.

Hi There! I think i am the only one left without interview date..Pretty much everyone have either there Interview Scheduled or Green card approved. makes me feel sad :( I wish i could get done with this process and move on with life..

My status still says Fingerprint fees Received.. not even ready for interview or anything like that...

You are not alone. I actually filed on Aug 6,2015 and my status stay at ready for schedule for an interview since Sep3,2015. Nothing has change. In this group they are alot of K1 visa thats why they get their GC fast and some might get an interview waived. Accoring to your location (Iowa) you should hear something soon. I just check the processing time and you almost there. Last updated 3 months ago so if we add 3 months into time frame they should be working on June-July filers now. Good luck. My state will take me a while :crying:

I've tried looking for the answer to this question, but was wondering if anyone knows what happens to cases after you receive a notice potential interview waiver letter as far as transferring goes? We received ours last weekend and I know everything begins in Lee's Summit, MO for AOS cases, but after getting the NPIW are most cases transferred to local offices or is it just kind of random depending on the case load at each office? Apologies if this is a naive question!

Definitely still more than a few of us waiting for interviews. I'd say it's majority over the minority at this point. But I'm not stressing as people that got married in January of this year only got approved a few months back, so I know that it'll be a good few months out to wait (anything sooner would just be nice).

I've just got my fingers crossed that they don't schedule my interview in March, as we're going back to visit family for that entire month, and the flights are already booked. Before or after would be great in this case!
