Hi everyone I was searching for August 2015 filers for days, finally. I send my package to Chicago lockbox on August 6,2015

Aug 6, 2015 mailed the package (day 1)

Aug 8, 2015 Package delivered

Aug 12, 2015 Text & Emails and 3 forms were routed to the benefit center

Aug 13,2015 Checks cashed

Aug 17,2015 NOA in mail for all 3 forms (day 11)

Aug 20,2015 Finger print appointment on Sep 2, 2015 at Port Chester

Aug 26,2015 Early walk in Bio (Day20)

Sep 3,2015 Case status change to ready to schedule for an interview ( Day 28 ) :luv:

Oct 10,2015 Card is being produced (Day 65)

Oct 17,2015 Working permit in hand (Day 72)

Jan 21,2016 Status change Ready for an interview ( day 168 )

Ok, so last night we got our email and text NOA for all 4 filings: 130, 485, 131 and 765. I was confused since my husband, the USC, got all of them, while I didm't get any...it seemed a bit weird...But I figure it's ok. This morning I saw USCIS cashed the checks in.

07/13/2015 - Biometric letter arrived mail box. Date 07/24/2015

08/29/2015 - EAD approved

09/03/2015 - EAD card mailed

09/04/2015 - EAD approval mail in mail box

09/08/2015 - EAD card received.

09/09/2015 - Applied for SSN.

04/14/2015 - Update online: Your interview has been scheduled for 05/19

We are identical on the timelines. Package was signed for on August 5.

Both the I-130 and I-765 say they were received on Aug 5, but the I-485 says was received on Aug 7. Just being paranoid...

We were routed to NBC as well, and again, I don't think there's reason to worry. I saw most family based applications go there and then they can be re-routed to New York (as is the case for us). I'm just guessing, so we'll have to be patient and see.

That's true.. It says "Fingerprint Fee Received" on August 7. I just looked at the timelines at VJ for NY office and it looks like it takes more than year to process! Good Lord!

You're asking the wrong person about coping mechanism! I already checked my case status 10 times so far.. That's just today! Lol!

As far as my previous experience with USCIS, they were for my H1-B visa and were premium processed.. So I kind of got my hard copy documents in 10-20 days.. That wait was excruciating.. I can only imagine what this is going to be like.. Haha!

The best way to cope with this is (IMHO) to not think about the process, keep enjoying the beautiful summer weather and carry on with regular life. Also, I tend to watch a lot of 90's and 80's American movies, makes me realize how much I love being here! :)

I really don't know if that helps! But, in the off chance that it did, lets spread the word! :D
