Hi, my fiance and I live between the Ambassador Bridge (like 30 minutes from one another so driving distance). We were asked for more information to prove we have met in the last two years because our son's birth certificate and pictures of us are "secondary proof). For primary proof they asked for passport stamps or flight records which are both things we don't have as we live so close together. Anyone have any other ideas of what we can send? We've already applied so now I can't cross the border but he is here every single weekend. I've contacted the bridge to see if we can get info from them saying we've traveled the bridge together but they say they can't. We aren't using a lawyer so we're trying to figure this out on our own.

ask them to stamp his passport at the bridge on the next visits

do affidavits stating what you said here

(sample forms online) or send me a personal message and i will give you an example)

also can ask family to do an affadivat stating this

We both use enhanced drivers licenses. We don't need passports for land travel so stamps aren't possible. Affidavits from our relatives may work though
