Ok,let's make one thing straight.

l'm confused about where to send AOS package.

I've filled the following forms:G-325 A,Bio information

I-765, Employment Authorization

I-485,Application for Permanent Resident

I-864, Affidavit of Support,

and I-131 I didn't filled, don't need.

Now if I'm wright, all of this forms with a bunch of other copies (copy of passport, marriage certificate, birth c.,etc...)I am

S E N D I N G T O G E T H E R as an AOS package to...W H E R E? Chicago,IL or Local office (Cleveland,OH in my case)?

Or!!I'm wrong and I have to send Employment Authorization form separately from AOS package?

Have no clue.

Please let explain anyone who has been gone thru this all.

I'm tired of this nonimmigrant/immigrant paperwork...

Thanks.

I believe most AOS applications go to the Chicago Lockbox. Read the instructions accompanying the I485, they tell you.

As an aside, there is an Adjustment of Status forum here.
