After biometrics did you call customer service ?

Hello. I am wondering whether anyone here ever called the uscis customer service to make sure the status of a success biometrics ? Will they tell you the info is successfully updated?

I went to biometrics recently. But the technician did not seem to be very careful. I am worried I called the FBI biometrics customer service line they don't offer this info no more. So my last resort is the uscis customer service number. But I am pretty sure the 1st level person don't have access to your case to know this info and they are very reluctant to transfer you to 2nd level.

Anyone have experience can share ? If you did call, how long have you waited after your biometics did you call ? Thanks

If there is a problem with the biometrics, they will let you know. Don't panic over it ~

If they need you to redo the fingerprints, they'll send a letter.
